Journal Prompt 1: New Year Ins and Outs

New Year Ins & Outs

As the new year begins, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what you want to bring into your life and what you’re ready to leave behind. For this prompt, think about habits, mindsets and hobbies you want to embrace (your "Ins") and those you want to let go of (your "Outs"). Be as creative and honest as possible—your list can include anything from personal glow up goals to activities and hobbies you want to try (or skip). Use this journal spread to set a tone for your year ahead and start with clarity and intention.

What’s in for you this year? What’s out?
